**About the role**
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for a Credit Analytics Manager to lead post-origination credit risk, including early and late-stage collections, and recovery optimization. You'll oversee Latin American markets, such as Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, while having the chance to build and shape a growing team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of collections strategies, including channel optimization, segmentation, and contact frequency, to maximize recovery and minimize costs
- Monitoring and improving key metrics, such as roll rates, cure rates, liquidation rates, and recovery curves
- Supporting new market entries by conducting tests to define optimal collection strategies and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Designing and executing A/B tests and champion-challenger strategies across the arrears life-cycle
- Conducting in-depth portfolio analysis to identify emerging risk trends, strategy gaps, and delinquency drivers
- Overseeing the development and back-testing of analytical tools, collections scorecards, and behavioural models
- Partnering with key stakeholders, such as the Group Head of Collections, Group Head of Credit Management, and Collection Managers in LATAM
**What you'll need**
- Expertise in collection strategy analysis and optimization for unsecured retail credit portfolios
- Experience working hands-on with large-scale datasets using SQL and Python (Pandas)
- Knowledge of model validation metrics, such as precision, recall, GINI, AUC, and confusion matrices
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable business decisions for senior stakeholders
- A track record of making data-driven decisions that deliver measurable outcomes, like loss reduction and recovery uplift
- Experience in a fast-paced fintech environment (non-high-street banks)
