El Data & Analytics Manager será responsable de liderar el proyecto de análisis para impulsar a la empresa hacia una cultura impulsada por los datos. El objetivo principal de este puesto es diseñar e implementar estrategias de datos efectivas y soluciones de análisis para mejorar el rendimiento general del negocio.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Dirigir la implementación de una arquitectura de análisis de datos sólida y escalable que respalde la gestión de riesgos y operaciones comerciales de la compañía.
- Desarrollar y gestionar políticas y procedimientos de gobierno de datos para garantizar la precisión, coherencia y seguridad de los datos en un entorno regulado.
- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para recopilar y analizar los datos necesarios para la identificación de riesgos, evaluación y control.
- Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de automatización de datos que mejoren la eficiencia y productividad operativa en la gestión de siniestros.
- Asegurar la integración fluida de soluciones de análisis de datos con sistemas y herramientas existentes para mejorar el procesamiento de solicitudes y el desempeño de los agentes.
- Preparar y presentar información y recomendaciones de datos a nível de ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Monitorear continuamente las tendencias y avances tecnológicos en análisis de datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos potenciales.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o un campo relacionado.
- Al menos 7 años de experiência en Data Analytics, Business Intelligence o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência comprobada en diseño e implementación de soluciones de análisis de datos.
- Un historial sólido de liderar proyectos e iniciativas exitosos en el sector seguros y gestión de riesgos.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos.
- Fuerte dominio de SQL, Python, R y herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau, Power BI o QlikView.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con capacidad para presentar información compleja a partes interesadas no técnicas.
- Dominio del idioma Inglés.
