We are looking for a Team Leader to provide support to the production floor by supervising, coaching and developing a team of agents, in order to ensure compliance with the metrics, processes and policies established by the client and Accedo.

Main tasks:
1) Lead a team of up to 18 Team Members.

2) Conduct coaching/counseling sessions.

3) Fully comply to applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures

established by Accedo and any of its clients.

4) Perform other functions as directed by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:
1+ years of experience as Team Leader/Team Supervisor in a bilingual call center.

Advanced english skills.

Proficiency with ms Office

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Schedule flexibility

Competences:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Ability to present and communicate with different levels of business partners

Strong data analysis and understanding of databases

Project Management skills

Team player

Process, results and detailed oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $2,700,000 per month
