We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **_Business Intelligence_** Developer**

Responsible for empowering business leaders with concise, high-quality information, helping them leverage it to

identify and address business opportunities and threats. Responsible to develop, collate, and manage databases and structures provides consultation on the interpretation of data to various business partners throughout the organization. Documenting the requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders.

**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:

- Supports all scheduled and non-recurring information needs of users.
- Maintain existing BI solutions while looking for opportunities to improve them
- Gather requirements for new BI solutions from multiple users; able to translate business requirements into actual solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical terms
- Understand and demonstrate high-level expertise in SQL server best practices
- Provides end user education for the interpretation of business data.
- Utilizes a user group forum to share best practices around analytical findings based on the analysis
conducted.
- Understands data elements in the data warehouse at a very detailed level to support any form of user needs from research to adhoc queries to managing large information projects.
- Monitors and manages requests from users through the development, QA and launch processes.
- Queries data to provide information requested by users.
- Presents data in a fashion that is easy to understand with proper documentation for successful user adoption.
- Manages the delivery of critical projects through scope/requirement setting, working with the development team to provide information requested, conducting user acceptance testing and packaging the final product for end user adoption.
- Consolidates redundant reporting and ensure that information is used consistently and efficiently across the company.
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Provide 1st tier end user support in SSAS and data discrepancies

- Strong understanding of Tables, View, Stored Prodcedures, Functions
- Experience working with one or more BI platforms
- 2+ Years of experience using SQL Server tools: SSRS and SSAS
- 5+ Years of strong experience troubleshooting stored procedures and other TSQL code
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Objectivity and openness to others views, providing solutions and creative input
- Proficient in SQL Service Reporting Services 2016
- Understanding of SSRS web portal security 2016
- Understanding of SSAS development
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Understanding of SSIS development
- Strong understanding of DAX and PowerBI
- Relevant technical or business work experience 1-3
