Associate Creative Producer

Jam City is looking for an Associate Creative Producer to join our Marketing Creative Team Working cross-functionally with artists and marketers, this role will support digital marketing creative production across Jam City’s portfolio of successful mobile titles. The role necessitates an organized, self motivated problem solver, with an eye for aesthetics and a passion for developing performance based, digital marketing content.

**Job Overview**

A developing individual contributor that assists in the execution of assigned functions in the design, creation and production of marketing materials for selling and/or promoting the organization's brand and products. Assists in the creation and/or production of assigned sales and marketing materials (i.e., online, on-air, collateral) used by the software organization to sell and/or promote its brand and products. Creates marketing and promotional materials that meet creative direction and conform to style standards. Monitors production budgets and schedules for assigned materials.

**NEGOTIATIONS / INTERACTIONS**:Interacts with team members and peers and may interact with external peers to explain or provide semi-routine information related to assigned activities.

**ASSIGNMENT OF WORK**: Receives work in the form of short-term tasks that require the use of some independent judgment outside of established procedures.

**Must reside in Colombia**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement defined subset of tasks of assigned unit / team / projects.
- Supports attainment of some aspects of short-term objectives of assigned unit / team / projects.
- Scheduling for creative resources / project management - overseeing and communicating with artists to track availability for projects.
- Oversee budget for monthly production costs.
- Asset management and organization - gathering and storing raw assets needed from game teams (when applicable); as well as maintaining organization of produced assets (adhering to folder structure, established naming conventions, etc.)
- Successfully assist in producing projects with the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic problem solving techniques specific to semi-routine problems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Typically has 1 to 3 years of progressively complex related professional experience.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
- 1-3 years experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Understanding of best practice for user acquisition in mobile, digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and balance multiple projects with competing schedules.
- A willing collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of workflow and technical requirements for various creative asset types (static, gif, cinemagraph, video, 3D, etc).
- Comfortable in Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe Suite packages a plus.
- Wrike experience (or knowledge of project management tools) a plus.
