We are a drone company that utilizes drone data to document communities and construction projects, aiding in hurricane damage protection, managing trades like landscaping contractors, and providing innovative reporting tools. As we look to enhance our market presence and accelerate our growth, we are seeking an English fluent, remote Sales and Marketing lead. Previously, sales efforts have been spearheaded by our owner, but now we are ready to expand our team with a dedicated professional. Here are our requirements:

- Fluent in English.
- Quick to learn new software and sales concepts.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or construction industries.
- Strong internet connection for video and phone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is highly desired.
- An inhuman desire to make cold calls is preferred.

In this role, you will be working directly under our owner, focusing on expanding our customer base through strategic marketing and direct sales efforts such as cold-warm calling LinkedIn and tradeshow contacts. You will leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities, convert leads into appointments, and set up demos of our software with bonuses for each demo appointment set. After 2-3 months of successful appointment setting, the position will transition to doing full demos and closing sales with commission on those sales.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some required overtime.

**Salary**:
Base - COP 4,000,000/ month
Per Appointment - COP 100,000/ appointment
Commission - 5% of closed accounts for 12 months

Expected appointments per week 4-12

Forecast total: 5,600,000-8,800,000 COP starting with 6,000,000-10,500,000 after commission starts expected.

Pay: $5,600,000 - $8,800,000 per month
