**Duties**
- Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of Deel’s global post sales expansion strategy, specifically focused on developing and maintaining a scalable playbook for our Global Workforce Consultants (sales to existing customers)
- End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
- Creating and maintaining reporting, processes, workflows, and organizational tools
- Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
- Problem solving and solution implementation
- Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale, with world-class documentation and sales enablement
- Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
- Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management

**Requirements**:

- Have 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.
- Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
- Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem
- Have excellent written and verbal communication in English

- You have experience building consumer/business facing products where you have to think about customer experience and growing existing accounts
