Buscamos un/a EMPLOYEE CENTRAL CONSULTANT apasionado/a por la tecnología y con un profundo conocimiento de los procesos de Talento Humano. Esta posición es clave dentro de nuestro equipo de consultoría, siendo el puente entre las necesidades de nuestros clientes y el potencial de las soluciones SAP SuccessFactors.

Tu misión será implementar, optimizar y brindar soporte al módulo **Employee Central**, asegurando que las organizaciones gestionen su capital humano de manera ágil, eficiente y alineada con sus objetivos estratégicos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

- **Implementación funcional**: Configurar y parametrizar el módulo Employee Central, incluyendo Foundation Objects, estructuras organizativas, reglas de negocio, workflows, roles y permisos.
- **Análisis de requerimientos**: Levantar y documentar las necesidades del cliente, traduciendo los procesos de RRHH en soluciones efectivas dentro del sistema.
- **Gestión del ciclo de proyecto**: Participar activamente en todas las fases de los proyectos (diseño, construcción, pruebas y soporte), aplicando metodologías SAP.
- **Integraciones**: Colaborar en el diseño y validación de integraciones entre EC y otros módulos de SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll) o con sistemas SAP On-Premise.
- **Acompañamiento y soporte**: Brindar soporte funcional post-implementación y acompañamiento continuo al cliente, garantizando la estabilidad y evolución de la solución.
- **Documentación y capacitación**: Elaborar documentación funcional, manuales de usuario y realizar sesiones de capacitación para usuarios finales y equipos de RRHH.
- **Propuesta de valor**: Promover buenas prácticas y mejoras que incrementen la eficiencia de los procesos de gestión humana del cliente.
