We are looking for a **bilingual Sales Representative** to join our team remotely from Colombia. This person will handle incoming leads, take calls, follow up consistently, and close sales every week. If you are goal-driven, fluent in English, and love sales, this role is for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle and respond to all incoming leads quickly and professionally.
- Conduct phone and video calls with potential clients in English.
- Manage CRM pipeline, update notes, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Overcome objections and close deals daily.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual: Fluent English (spoken and written) & Spanish.
- Proven experience in **sales or customer acquisition** (international experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRMs (Fieldd, GoHighLevel).
- Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined, working remotely.
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
Compensation
- **Part-time Base Salary**: $1,200,000 - $1,500,000 COP per month (20-25 hrs/week).
- **Commissions**:
- **Performance bonuses** based on monthly targets.
- After 3 months of successful performance, opportunity to transition into **full-time** with higher salary + commission + career growth.
