We are seeking a part-time Housing Customer Service Agent with interior design experience

Part time role but a permanent position in our company.

The right applicant will need knowledge and experience in the following:
Colombian Property: Short and long term renting
Interior Design : Helping to finish construction projects with new and exciting design themes.
Customer Service: Attending to tenant's needs and monitoring properties.
Administration & IT: Keeping records, attending to paperwork etc.

**Additional Tasks**:
PA duties to the Director

Possibility of helping the investment team find and complete more investment opportunities and projects.

To be successfully in the role, it'll be crucial to perform in each of the above sectors.

You will be part of a bigger international operation with room for progression in this growing multi-national property investment firm.

Your role will be to manage the company's growing assets in Medellin, Colombia.

Your main targets will be:
Interior Design: Helping finish our investment properties to a high standard using new and exciting design ideas. You will have free range to suggest and plan the design of the properties. Monitoring budgets and ensuring the design aspect is compeleted within time and in budget.

Colombian Property: Ensuring the properties are well maintained, managing building administrations, advertising the rental properties and managing the rental income including checking in and out tenant's
Customer Service: Attending to the needs of tenant's and providing excellent customer service.
Admin & IT: Advertising property, analyzing data and information, report directly to the director etc.

The successful applicant needs to have relevant experience in interor design, property rental management and a high level of English.
