You will be a part of the integrations team that designs and develops solutions that operate on our integration developer platform. This is an exciting new partner integration role that is strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands on. You won’t be bored This Sr. Software Engineer is a critical and hands-on member of the Integrations Team and will be instrumental in helping us accelerate the growth of our organization. You will be the key individual contributor responsible for building and leading the process to successfully integrate and onboard new customers. **Responsibilities** - Serve as member of the Integrations Team tasked with developing and leading new partner integrations, leveraging our integrations developer platform - tray.io. - Work in a small cross-functional team of engineers, designers and product managers to deliver meaningful integrations to our customers. - Act as technical point of contact for new partners to field questions, coordinate solutions or address their concerns - Be a valued member of our wider Engineering organization which embraces knowledge sharing and innovation. **Qualifications** - Excellent written and verbal English proficiency - Enthusiasm and a positive attitude - Experience developing in Javascript/Typescript and/or Python - Strong knowledge of API development and Integration principles, including GraphQL and REST - Bias for action and ability to reasonably estimate technical work efforts - Good communication and knowledge sharing skills - Capable of working remotely / comfortable working with a remote team - Ability to analyze and comprehend API documentation and effectively translate it into scalable and efficient integration workflows - Continuously monitor and optimize existing integrations to improve performance and scalability - Although not required, previous experience with Low-Code integration platforms (tray.io, Zapier, etc.) is highly advantageous **About the Company** Odisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
