Business Partner Senior - Finance

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Business Partner Senior** ubicado/a en **El Salvador o en Colombia**.

**Requerimientos**
- Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Economía, Administración de Negocios, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín. Maestría es deseable.
- Nível de Inglés: Avanzado
- Nível de Excel: Avanzado
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência trabajando como **Business Partner o Posiciones Senior de Finanzas** de consumo masivo.

**FUNCIONES**
- Contribuir al logro de las ventas netas y las ganancias operativas a través del análisis proactivo, la generación de ideas, la recomendación y las actividades de implementación que resultan en una mejora clara y significativa de las ganancias
- Participar activamente en la formulación de estrategias y planes de negocios.
- Proporcionar conocimiento comercial y técnico, análisis y recomendaciones financieras oportunas y perspicaces para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos estratégicos y financieros de la Categoría
- Identificar oportunidades para acelerar el crecimiento orgánico, agregar valor a la categoría y ofrecer una rentabilidad sostenible.
- Aportar con factores internos y externos relevantes para el análisis y la toma de decisiones defendiendo la implementación de análisis avanzados
- Coordinar, revisar y completar evaluaciones financieras de propuestas de inversión de capital para garantizar decisiones comerciales oportunas y rentables y evaluaciones completas para determinar la rentabilidad y el logro de los objetivos originales.
- Preparar y evaluar los planes de negocios de categoría y analizar los P&L y los balances para garantizar operaciones rentables
- Asegurar la aplicación de controles financieros y operativos eficientes y efectivos e informe cada vez que las políticas o instrucciones financieras corporativas no se sigan o parezcan inapropiadas
- Apoyar análisis financieros y actividades ad hoc según las indicaciones
