The Sr. Business Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the metrics generation, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation, for use in monitoring team performance, the following of the key indicators in the operation and providing data tools that help decision-making and strategy setting for support the results delivered within the LATAM TTS Onboarding team. **Key **Responsibilities**: - Provide to the LATAM TTS Onboarding head and the LATAM Cluster Heads (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia) the analysis of data, preparation of reports, follow-up and generation of metrics as required of all centralized and decentralized countries, managed by the region. - Extract, interpret and transform data from CitiDocs, Eflow, CRM, VOC, Stars, among others, for the design and implementation of performance and productivity tools that facilitate the taking of decisions and monitoring of operation results in LATAM. - Design and program forms and database reports to obtain customized analysis of the metrics, Indicators, and performance of the team. - Anticipate and respond to requests for figures, data, and metrics for the development of the presentations of the Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the Regional Head, Clusters Heads and Countries in the region. - Develop and recommend solutions based on in-depth comprehension of Big Data management of TTS Onboarding operation, that lead to processes improvement and the automatization to support the strategic business decisions in the LATAM Team. - Establish a dynamic management and communication process between the LATAM Hub, Regional and Global partners, on all matters related to the KPIs of the operation, with the aim of maintaining clear communication and consistent among the team and stakeholders. - Coordinate the TCS resource in LATAM for ensuring the technical support to the MIS tools developed. **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of business data analysis experience required - Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions - Strong opinions and ability to articulate a well-justified point of view. - Effective relationship management skills - Effective data management and analytical skills - Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite, BI tools (such as power BI, Tableau, among other) - Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English **Education**: - Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
