**Middle Business Analyst**
- Our customer is a company from the USA, that positions itself as a marketing and business communications partner that helps its clients transform internal processes in various verticals, from financial services and healthcare to retail and energy.**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager at least 3+ years.
- Experience in more than one business domain.
- Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, and requirements management tools.
- Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban).
- Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw.io, etc.).
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player.
- English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather functional requirements from the various Client’s team members.
- Collaborate with the project team - Functional SMEs, Project Manager, Developer Lead, Developers, UX/UI.
- Work within DevOps to capture the requirement for the user stories the Developers will need to deliver on.
- Set up and monitor the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation
process.
- Manage project backlog.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conducting discovery phase for a particular feature and/or overall product.
- Contribution to the company, BA competency.
