- 110221We are looking for a **Business Support Manager** to lead the business support team and perform capacity planning, be a project manager on special projects, and build professional relationships with clients and prospects.

**This position is open to applicants who are amenable to working in Makati City if the client requires it.** **In the meantime, this is a flexible position that offers a temporary WFH arrangement.

**What will I be doing in this job?**
- Work with the following departments: Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and Sales
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and functions for the executive team
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Take part in client discovery calls when administrative services are being considered
- Generate Statement of Works (SOWs)
- Constantly evaluating our administrative solutions by offering new ideas and enhancements.
- Fill in when the business support team might be unavailable to perform their duties.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who has leadership skills with the ability to help our client’s company be more organized and efficient.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Working Experience: At least 7 years of administrative experience
- Must-have knowledge:

- Knows how to use MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have worked in an environment where confidentiality is important.
- Soft Skills: Strong intrapersonal skills, can work with a team or operate independently, detail-oriented and personable with a can-do attitude, and able to multi-task several projects and meet deadlines
