We’re looking for a spectacular, motivated, and hands-on **Data Analyst** to join our client’s Data & Analytics team, to work across business areas (Revenue, Product, and Operations), and to drive growth and realize efficiencies. Our team’s goal is to leverage data and analytics to generate insights that move the organization towards meeting their business goals.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- English Level
- B2- C1
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Business, or a relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in business intelligence/data analytics, KPI development, metrics reporting, dashboarding, and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work across multiple departments at all levels.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proven experience building data models and advanced analytics solutions (A/B testing, customer lifetime value, customer profiling and segmentation, pricing analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling).
- Strong communicator, skillful at raising strategic recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders by leveraging analytical solutions.
- Extensive experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Mixpanel).
- Excellent SQL Skills - you are comfortable working with complex datasets and writing efficient code to create effective data models.
- You build relationships across the organization to develop and maintain trust.
- Familiar with data warehouse design, database management, and distributed systems, in particular working with Amazon Redshift.

Nice to have:

- Experience working in a SaaS/Ecommerce environment is an asset.
- Proactively work with business and technical stakeholders to understand and lead the design of analytical solutions/projects that provide actionable information and insights to our stakeholders.
- Present and summarize the visual story behind the data and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrating data democratization & governance excellence across the organization.
- Support leadership in driving better data-informed decisions with enterprise-level solutions.
- Experience with R, and/or Python is an asset.
- You’re familiar with 3rd party tooling and data integrations, and at monitoring/maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
