**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with engagement delivery requirements (scope, time, cost, and quality).
- Manage risks and deliver outcomes predictably.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through flexibility and responsiveness.
- Work with Business Development to expand Capgemini’s influence and generate additional sales.
- Adopt appropriate corporate tools, methods, templates, and practices.
- Provide accurate engagement information, including timely financial and delivery status reports.
- Ensure proper resourcing to meet contracted commitments and appoint approved staff to defined roles.
- Establish and manage the necessary delivery management processes and rituals.
- Maintain commercial rigor and adherence to contract changes, with an audit trail process.
- Keep an up-to-date, realistic project plan aligned with contracted obligations.
- Track progress with Gantt charts and a risk/issue register.
- Accurately forecast financial metrics like Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and DVI.
- Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and payment.
- Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the team, client, and Capgemini in a balanced manner, negotiating conflicts as needed.
- Set clear objectives for team members and conduct periodic reviews.
- Provide continuous support and motivation to the team.
- Assist in the personal and career development of team members.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of project management/leadership experience
- Clear English proficiency B2 + - C1
- B.S. or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in a related field.
- Scope management/negotiation skills necessary to adapt to changing customer requirements to maximize the client’s return on investment.
- Experience in managing multiple projects.
- Proven ability to manage multicultural teams.
