The Unit Price Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and optimizing the costs associated with construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in economic proposals. This includes breaking down costs into materials, labor, equipment, and tools, as well as maintaining consistency and coherence with market conditions and project specifications.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Unit Price Analysis**:

- Prepare detailed unit price analyses (APU) by breaking down resources and determining performance rates required for projected activities.
- **Budget Management**:
Develop, review, and optimize budgets for projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and market benchmarks.
- **Quotation Management**:
Handle quotations, technical specifications, and required quantities for project execution.Prepare detailed calculation records to support quantity and cost analyses, ensuring precision and consistency with budgetary analyses.Update performance rates and unit prices to reflect current market conditions.Support forest and environmental projects by adapting budgets and analyses to sector-specific requirements.Work closely with procurement, engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure the technical and economic feasibility of unit prices.

- Familiarity with current market conditions for performance rates and unit prices.

**Education and Experience**:
**Education**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in similar roles in the construction sector.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Advanced Excel skills and database management.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with international standards in construction.
