_Vivant - Talent Acquisition Specialist _

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in building our team in Colombia by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires a proactive, fast-learning individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Talent Sourcing and Recruitment**

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.

**Employer Branding**

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

**Requirements**

**Language Proficiency**

  • Must speak and write **fluent English** (additional languages are a plus).

- **Experience**

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**

  • Strong proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Personal Attributes**

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

**Logistics**

  • Must have **fast and reliable internet** at home to support remote work.
  • Must have reliable transportation for face-to-face interviews and eventual office reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience recruiting for telecom, technology, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Colombian labor laws and recruitment practices.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Certification in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

**Work Environment**

  • This is a **hybrid WFH role** with the expectation of transitioning to an office-based setup once our Bogotá office is established.

**What We Offer**

  • **Salary Range**: COP 6,000,000 - COP 8,500,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
