About NCR Corporation

& KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Business Analyst / Project Manager position is available for an experienced professional to support our sales organization and global customer base. Banking background, preferably in cash administration, back-office operations, and process re-engineering, is a plus but not required. Technical background in bank’s IT infrastructure, management of software implementation projects will also be considered
- Bridging the gaps between the business and IT, defining implementation roadmap for process and IT changes
- As Is analysis: understanding and documenting current processes and requirements
- To Be process design: defining future processes, identifying gaps and dependencies
- Presentation of business requirements, benefits and performance targets to senior stakeholders
- Ability to control and monitor system performance, and effectively communicate system achievements or dependencies
- Managing new project requests and facilitating the prioritization of such requests, liaising with IT for estimates, tracking progress against the project plan, providing regular updates to all stakeholders, logging and managing project issues

**Qualifications**:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance and/or Computer Sciences)
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex, global environment
- Ability to travel
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Power IB, Jasper)
- Good Microsoft Office products knowledge (especially Excel)
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required
