Position Summary:
We are looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator that manages the Purchasing and Supply process for the different markets and places orders on time in order to ensure availability of inventory for sale at reasonable cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet inventory objectives through effective working capital management.
- Ensure safety stocks required to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitoring of shipments in order to ensure their arrival at the warehouse, maintaining continuous communication with the plant, supplier and transporters.
- Optimize the supply process.
- Manage compliance with KPIs by monitoring and working as a team with the other areas.
- Ensure the MPS plan as integrated and synchronized with the IBP, including maintenance of new and removed products or product variants.
- Communicate the limitations of the MPS vs Sales forecast, in the short, medium and long term.
- Activate the co-packing planning process for local repacking.
- Be responsible for the development and training of dependent analysts.
- Stablish a learn culture.
- Report dashboards and other reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure the billing process on a daily basis.
- Manage with demand and the commercial area the rationalization of skus
- Service level monitoring.
- Monitoring of new products and launches with demand and marketing.
- Coordinate the confirmation of PO to plants / sourcings. This should be aligned with the stablished customer service level an inventory position management.
- Configure the newest and oldest skus in IBP and MDG.
- Identify slobs and recommend sales and marketing activities to manage excess stock.
- Manage the purchasing and supply process for the different markets.
- Place orders on time in order to ensure availability of inventory for sale at reasonable cost

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Finance or similar
- Experience in planning (not demand) at least 2-3 years
- Experience in consumer goods companies.
- Advance level in English (Written and Verbal) and Advanced MS Office Excel knowledge
- Networking with chains assigned Groups
- High effective communication, support and leadership with the local teams, and customers.
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Team work
- Solving and management problems skills
- Initiative & Proactive
- Capable to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Work under pressure
