Position Overview

An established travel agency is seeking a Travel Planning Coordinator to support the coordination and planning of travel arrangements for international clients.

This role focuses on operational and administrative support within the travel planning process, ensuring an organized and professional experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating travel reservations including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

  • Collect and organize client travel information

  • Support booking processes and required documentation

  • Communicate with clients regarding travel details and logistics

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Basic computer and internet proficiency

  • Prior experience in travel or hospitality is a plus but not required

Agencia de viajes establecida busca un/a Travel Planning Coordinator para apoyar la planificación y coordinación de viajes para clientes internacionales.

Este rol se enfoca en el soporte operativo y administrativo dentro del proceso de planificación de viajes, garantizando una experiencia organizada y profesional para los clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la coordinación de reservas de viajes, incluyendo hoteles, cruceros y paquetes vacacionales

  • Recopilar y organizar información de viaje de los clientes

  • Asistir en los procesos de reserva y documentación

  • Comunicarse con los clientes sobre detalles y logística del viaje

  • Mantener registros precisos y organizados

Requisitos

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota e independiente

  • Organización, atención al detalle y responsabilidad

  • Manejo básico de computadora e internet

  • Experiencia previa en turismo u hospitalidad es un plus, pero no obligatoria
