**About the Role**
This role focuses on administrative excellence, accurate execution of HR processes, and providing first-line support to employees.
This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting people and processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Responsibilities and Focus**
- **Administrative Support for HR Operations**
Execute routine HR tasks such as data entry, documentation, and employee support, ensuring compliance and accuracy in daily processes.
- **Policy and Process Execution**
Follow predefined HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, etc.) and ensure consistency across the organization.
- **Employee Assistance and First-Line Support**
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, time off, and workplace procedures. Escalate complex cases as needed.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination**
Coordinate logístical and administrative steps for new hires and employee exits, ensuring documentation, checklists, and materials are completed accurately.
- **HR Documentation and Recordkeeping**
Maintain personnel records, HR trackers, and digital files while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
**Role Tasks**
- **HR Administration**: Complete forms, templates, and HR files; update employee data in HR tools or spreadsheets.
- **Onboarding & Offboarding**: Schedule sessions, prepare welcome materials, collect documentation, and support exit processes.
- **Employee Questions & Support**: Address common HR-related inquiries and redirect complex cases appropriately.
- **Basic Reporting**: Track headcount, absences, and simple HR metrics in Excel/Google Sheets; support surveys and quarterly reports.
- **Compliance and Document Management**: Ensure contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments are signed, filed, and compliant with local regulations.
**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years of experience in HR administration, generalist roles, or people operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HR tools, spreadsheets, and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- **Mandatory**: Fluent English (B2-C1 or above). Daily communication and interviews will be conducted in English.
