**The opportunity**
- This is a full-time, six-month internship (Pasantía) running during the 2nd semester, from July 2025 to January 2026
- Assisting with the development of innovative, sustainable and socially responsible solutions/projects to environmental problems and challenges
- Understanding and integrating the regulatory environment for gaining approval and viability at different stages of project delivery
- Attending decision making scenarios with clients and other relevant stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss design issues
- Helping review and produce reports for environmental due diligence processes in Colombia and LatAm.

- Advanced proficiency (verbal and written, B2 or above) in English
- Sound knowledge of national and international environmental aspects, citizen participation, community engagement, ethnic communities, resettlement issues or gender equity, among others.
- Professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges

- Must be eligible to work in Colombia without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
