- Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop sourcing strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and trends in the medical supplies industry.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality medical supplies and equipment at competitive prices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Cost Optimization:

- Monitor market trends and fluctuations in prices to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the medical supplies industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Payment**:

- Competitive base salary plus commissions based on profit.

Pay: $600,000 - $800,000 per month

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
