Konstant Kreative is seeking a Creative Specialist with expertise in creative strategy and ad creation. You’ll manage the entire creative process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets client objectives.

**Key success metrics**:

- Client satisfaction maintained at 80% or higher
- Ad creation and turnaround meet client expectations
- Average client retention of 6+ months

You will lead campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and edit copy for marketing materials, including creative content, ads, and websites.
- Assess client media assets, repurposing media, and identifying asset needs.
- Create detailed creative briefs to guide the work of designers and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects to ensure they are submitted on time, meet quality standards, and satisfy client expectations.
- Review creative work and provide feedback to align with client objectives.
- Participate in weekly creative review calls with clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and ideation or similar roles.
- Proven ability to work on multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and copyediting skills.
