Our client is a leading US-based insurance company, and they are currently seeking Insurance Claims Specialists to join their remote team. As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting policyholders with their insurance claims and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently interact with customers over the phone to assist them with their insurance claims, providing clear and helpful guidance throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with the glass manager to ensure that all necessary information for insurance claims is accurately filled out and documented, facilitating smooth processing and submission.
- Handle insurance claims promptly and accurately, ensuring that all required documents are submitted to our system in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize Zoho Sheets (Excel) to create customized invoices for billing insurance companies, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues, ensuring that all parties involved receive timely and accurate payments.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in insurance claims handling and billing procedures, working collaboratively with team members to implement effective solutions and enhance overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate claims for accuracy and coverage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with insurance claim software and systems.
- Customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines.
