**Job Description** Manager, Talent Enablement**
The Manager, Talent Enablement plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Global Talent programs and initiatives. This role works closely with teams across Global Talent to uphold high standards in program execution. The position reports directly to the Director, Talent Enablement.
**Responsibilities**
**Coaching & Advising (30%)**
- Lead small teams in managing Global Talent programs, including learning and development initiatives.
- Share and implement best practices to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to Talent Enablement team members across various projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with Global Talent teams to implement and execute programs and initiatives.
**Program Management - Coordination (70%)**
- Plan, coordinate and execute learning and talent programs across Visa including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Responsible for program reviews, ensuring updates reflect feedback and evolving needs.
- Create visualizations, dashboards and reports to identify trends and enhance learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful programs.
- Ensure alignment of learning objectives, content, assessments, and evaluation methods with business goals and learner needs.
- Establish and maintain spaces and channels that support community learning,
- Partner with the Platforms team on LMS operations, including program setup, participant tracking, registration management, feedback collection, and data interpretation.
- Build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders, addressing queries such as cancellations and logístical questions.
- Work with regional communications and facilities teams to promote programs effectively.
- Organize and facilitate the smooth running of in-person workshops, seminars, and related events.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and coordination with Facilities, AV/IT, Security and other regional functions to enable high-quality experience for in-person programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Confident working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating presentations, tables, and graphs in PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Experience delivering large-scale, global programs using ILT, virtual ILT, e-learning, social media, mobile and video platforms.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with a growth mindset.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in program management and delivery.
- Experience leading small teams is a plus.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
- Customer-focused, with a responsive and proactive approach to queries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with fluency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
