**Schedule**: After-hours shift**

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Global Forwarding Operations Agent** to join our team in Bogotá, working on an **after-hours shift** to support our global operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our international freight processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of services.

**What We’re Looking For**
6 months-1 year of related experience (freight forwarding or logistics preferred).
Knowledge of international freight documentation is an asset.
Strong communication skills in **English** (required).
Proactive and organized, with solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CargoWise).
Experience with CargoWise or Emanifest is a plus.

**What You’ll Do**
Manage key aspects of our Express Rail Service program, from handling requests to billing and quality checks.
Support Canadian International freight operations with documentation and distribution.
Track and trace ocean imports, send manifests, and coordinate with warehouses.
Maintain and update our autocosting database in CargoWise.
Provide billing and costing support while monitoring KPIs.
Assist with diversions and ensure data quality across systems.

Buscamos un **Global Forwarding Operations Agent** para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá, trabajando en **turno after hours** y apoyando nuestras operaciones internacionales. En este rol serás pieza clave para garantizar la comunicación, documentación y ejecución precisa de nuestros procesos de carga internacional.

**Lo Que Buscamos**
De 6 meses a 1 año de experiência relacionada (preferiblemente en freight forwarding o logística).
Conocimiento de documentación internacional de carga (deseable).
Inglés avanzado (requisito).
Habilidades de comunicación, organización y proactividad.
Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CargoWise).
Experiência con CargoWise o Emanifest es un plus.

**Lo Que Harás**
Gestionar aspectos clave de nuestro programa Express Rail Service, desde solicitudes hasta facturación y control de calidad.
Apoyar las operaciones de carga internacional en Canadá con documentación y distribución.
Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de autocosteo en CargoWise.
Brindar soporte de facturación y costos, monitoreando indicadores clave.
Apoyar en desvíos y asegurar la calidad de datos en los sistemas.
