Cuesta Partners is looking for a Technical Product Manager in Latin America with an interest in consulting, to work with our broad base of clients on various engagements, delivering data environments quickly using modern technologies and best practices, while mentoring others.

As a member of our data practice, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build various green field areas, making a lasting impact on our clients’ data landscape. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will play a key role in establishing technology best practices to deliver analytical insights for customers in strategic domains. Your mission will be to deliver end-to-end data solutions, leveraging your expertise to unlock valuable insights and drive actionable decisions. As the driving force behind the acquisition and transformation of data sets, your contribution will be key to unlocking analytics insights from our client’s data.

You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that products align with the company's overall goals, customer needs, and technological capabilities. Your primary focus is on the technical aspects of the product's lifecycle, from ideation to development and release. While the role is remote, occasional though infrequent travel to the United States may be required for some critical sessions.

**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, etc.) Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years experience in technical product management, including developing product roadmaps, managing product life cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

**What You’ll Do**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy
- Use relevant dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, and BI designers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Lead the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and release
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services, and effectively communicate technical requirements to cross-functional teams
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of product development plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients and partners, to gather feedback and align product strategies
