What you'll do
- You will report to the Executive Director of Customer Success to contribute toward being responsible for resolving our customer's business and technical challenges related to the CSG product portfolio by maximizing the value and the associated processes, best practices, procedures, and services. The Customer Delivery Manager is a CSG product and has technical responsibilities as an integrator between our needs and technology-driven solutions.
- Leverage CSG product knowledge and best practices to manage projects.
- You will lead small to medium-sized projects using project management best practices
- You will do research, and training on project-related goals and issues.
- You will submit and oversee the development and other project-related requests
- Work with and lead the team to ensure we exceed our partners’ expectations for service
- Coordinate trouble tickets to ensure resolution and partner satisfaction.

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in system engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 1 or more years of experience managing projects or service delivery
- Experience in customer service
- 1 or more years of experience leading teams
- Consult with internal and external (customer) partners and assist them in defining their needs based on industry knowledge
