**Position Overview**: We're on the lookout for a Legal Demand Writer to join our team at Corebridge Solutions. This remote, Colombia-based position offers the opportunity to support U.S. law firms by delivering top-notch legal documentation and support.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Remote Work**: Engage in impactful legal work from home, supporting our global clients.
- ** AI Integration**: Utilize AI technologies like ChatGPT to bolster your legal writing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Demand Letter Drafting**: Synthesize case information to craft compelling demand letters.
- ** Case Management**: Gather and analyze case details, interpreting data with a legal lens.
- ** Damages Calculation**: Calculate damages based on a deep understanding of personal injury law.
- ** Negotiation Prep**: Prepare case summaries to aid attorneys in successful negotiations.
- ** Legal Research**: Perform thorough research to ensure documentation reflects current law.
- ** Client Communication**: Provide reassuring and informative updates to clients.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- ** Experienced Writers**: Background in legal or demand writing, personal injury law preferred.
- ** Educational Credentials**: Bachelor’s degree required, paralegal certification a plus.
- ** AI Savvy**: Ability to enhance work with AI tools.
- ** Communication Skills**: Fluency in English and effective communication abilities.
- ** Independence**: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- ** Location**: Must be based in Colombia and available for a PDT schedule.
