vHive is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and spearhead the delivery of Programs and Projects in LATAM (Latin America). As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of multiple programs and projects across various countries in the LATAM region concurrently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects in LATAM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives.
- Effectively manage and monitor the delivery timeline, ensuring the timely completion of critical milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee field operations deliveries, including the management of teams of drone pilots responsible for surveying sites spread geographically across the region.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during the course of projects.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular project updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders, keeping them well-informed about project status, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, driving the adoption of best practices and facilitating the sharing of lessons learned.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering programs and projects in LATAM, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Prior experience in field operations deliveries and effectively overseeing teams of remote contractors.
- Familiarity with drone technology and knowledge of surveying processes are considered advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to navigate complex situations with composure and determination.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
