**Compensation**: Base salary + performance-based bonus
**Responsibilities**:
Review and verify incidents reported by studio personnel, ensuring fast and effective resolution
Prepare comprehensive reports related to disciplinary action or staff performance reviews
️ Operate and monitor advanced security systems to maintain surveillance coverage
️ Evaluate and test online gaming surveillance software for functionality and issues
Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to resolve technical problems
Create and maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and system tests
️ Monitor physical studio spaces and online platforms for suspicious or unusual activity
Ensure all video surveillance and security equipment is fully operational
Regularly assess and recommend improvements for system performance
**Requirements**:
Native or fluent in English (C1), written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveillance Operator or Team Leader in iGaming or live gaming environments
️ Skilled in operating and maintaining surveillance software and video monitoring systems
Strong analytical ability to identify irregularities in roulette wheels or live gameplay
Experienced in producing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 8-hour rotations
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Experience with roulette wheel calibration is a plus
Familiarity with advanced surveillance and gaming system software
