Location: Bogotá, ColombiaEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: iGaming / Live CasinoLanguages: English (C1)Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonus Responsibilities: Review and verify incidents reported by studio personnel, ensuring fast and effective resolutionPrepare comprehensive reports related to disciplinary action or staff performance reviews? Operate and monitor advanced security systems to maintain surveillance coverage? Evaluate and test online gaming surveillance software for functionality and issuesCollaborate closely with QA and development teams to resolve technical problemsCreate and maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and system tests? Monitor physical studio spaces and online platforms for suspicious or unusual activityEnsure all video surveillance and security equipment is fully operationalRegularly assess and recommend improvements for system performance Requirements: ? Native or fluent in English (C1), written and spokenMinimum 2 years of experience as a Surveillance Operator or Team Leader in iGaming or live gaming environments? Skilled in operating and maintaining surveillance software and video monitoring systemsStrong analytical ability to identify irregularities in roulette wheels or live gameplayExperienced in producing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentationWilling to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 8-hour rotations?
