**IT Business Analyst***:
**About the Role**:
This position is part of Latam team and will support the delivery of IT services to our Human Resources operations in different countries initially in Latin America Region. Position as such offers plenty of opportunities to experience global teamwork environments. This role will be based in Medellin, Colombia.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build long-term relationships within the area of responsibility and with stakeholders.
- Identifies and determines business process capability, and optimization needs, as well as solution requirements across the organization, in close cooperation with stakeholders.
- Contributes to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
- Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources according to standard templates.
- Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
- Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.
- Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. technical training delivery
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

**Who You Are**:

- 3-5 year of experience in IT Human Resources SAP HCM and Time & Attendance Systems (Kronos and TimeSoft).
- University degree in Computer Science or similar, Business Administration or similar. Preferably with a Project Management master or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in communication, collaboration, and engagement around areas of expertise.
- Soft skills: Leadership, Analytical thinking, decision-making, Negotiation, Strategic alignment, Adaptive capacity, assertiveness.
- Have a passion to share knowledge and motivate others to drive for excellence
- English spoken and written, Spanish spoken and written B2 - C1
- Travel up to 25%
