The TABP is responsible for the talent acquisition life cycle, being the main ally of the sales team, HRBPs and client’s stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs and designing, executing, and overseeing recruiting strategies to provide the most suitable talent for every open requirement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable or the overall recruiting cycle (profile’s definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, job offer presentation, onboarding, and others.
- Attend and actively interact in pre-sales meetings providing market knowledge and estimations for staffing needs.
- Maintains a deep and updated knowledge and awareness of the IT market in Colombia and Latam.
- Conducts profile definition meetings either with new clients and/or HTBPs/PMs depending if it is a new hiring or a backfill requisition.
- Organize and distribute workplans and tasks for sources and recruiters.
- Accountable and responsible of recruiting tools and ATS.
- Design and execute TA strategies for active and passive recruitment according to the company needs.
- Responsible for the onboarding process schedule of new hires.
**Qualifications**:
Knowledge + Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Experience interacting with US clients and/or Stakeholders.
- Advanced English level (Minimum B2)
- Nice to have experience with other HR processes such as development, engagement, etc.,
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology and/or HR, experience following up on people’s processes.

- Goal oriented predominant workstyle.
- High communication level, being able to interact with various stakeholders including clients, management, employees, etc.
- Multitasking, planning and organization.
- Good networking and PR domain and demonstrable impact.
