**Responsibilities**
- Support the creation of branding Look & Feel.
- Create and design every presentation, deck, and public display for the brand.
- Supervise the look & feel of the campaigns and their use for the branding.
- Support for HR's communications.
- Support the strategic planning and implementation of digital tactics.
- Translate the strategic need into graphical concepts and visuals, aiming to support the communication of the ideas to the targets.
- Create decks and presentations ordered by executives.
- Work side by side with the UX/UI Designer on the website look & feel.
- Design social media grids, headers & visual assets.
- Analyze with the Strategic support team the performance of the post and digital communications, establishing new aesthetics if needed.
- Supervise the correct usage of the corporate brand book, always keeping the correct line in every design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience in design with strong portfolio.
- Extensive experience with Figma (design and prototyping);
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Experience with MS office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with team collaboration tools.
- Experience with CMS as WordPress or Joomla.
- Be up to date with the latest trends, current tools, and best practices in graphic and web design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with photography, video shooting.
- Experience with illustrations and ability to visualize things in an easy to view graphics.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
