As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading telecommunications companies in the region. This full-time position will have responsibility over the North Cone region of Latin America.
**Strategic Partner Manager - Telco Business Team Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with leading telcos in Latin America, focusing on driving growth, innovation, and revenue
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with C-Level executives at partner companies
- Negotiate and close complex deals that enhance Meta's product offerings, generate new revenue streams, and drive distribution of the Meta Family of Apps and devices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and risks
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on partnership performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on business development, partnerships, or sales
- Proven track record of negotiating complex deals and building trustful relationships with C-Level executives
- Deep understanding of the Latin American market, including regulatory environments, consumer behavior, and industry trends
- Deep communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in Spanish and English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with mobile operators, OEMs, or other telco-related companies
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as 5G, IoT, or AI
- Familiarity with Meta's products and services, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger
