The Operations Analyst is a crucial component of Crimson Global Academy's commitment to academic excellence, providing a balanced mix of data-driven support and administrative expertise.

This role supports our academic leadership across our US, Greenwich, and Aoraki schools, ensuring that our programs are both innovative and efficiently managed. With about 60% of the role focused on leveraging SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills for insightful analysis, the remaining 40% is dedicated to vital administrative tasks that keep our academic operations smooth and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- SQL Queries:

- Elevate our academic leadership and student experience by developing and refining SQL queries. This empowers informed decision making, directly uplifting student outcomes, as it enables the tailoring of academic programs and interventions based on solid data analysis, ensuring resources are directed where they are most needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilising advanced spreadsheet skills, analyse data and interpret results to create reports that offer actionable insights.
- Administrative Assistance:

- Conducting administrative tasks to aid the academic leadership team—including scheduling, managing correspondence, and data entry—plays a vital role in maintaining the operational backbone of our academic functions.
- Project Participation:

- Engaging in special projects and taking on additional responsibilities as needed supports the evolving needs of our educational environment.
