We are searching for the best talent for Junior Data Analysis and Reporting Assistant to be in Bogota.

**Purpose**:As a Junior Data Analysis and Reporting Assistant on our Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) team at Johnson & Johnson Global Services, you'll play a crucial role in helping us keep track of important information and making sure everything runs smoothly. Your main job will be to assist us in understanding our data better so we can make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement efforts within the procurement R2P team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports related to procurement processes, expenditures, and vendor performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization within the Requisition to pay function.
- Support cross-functional projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Help streamline data collection processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders, including management and project teams.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma is required; Bachelors Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience with programs like Excel is required; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
