Who are we looking for?

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with FP&A lead(s), CFO and relevant business stakeholders to architect, develop, automate (repeatable processes), and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities on large volumes of data in order to support KPI tracking and reporting needs
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical analyses and/or automated reporting solutions in collaboration with Finance and Business Unit (Product & Innovation, Sales, etc.) partners and present findings and outcomes to stakeholders
- Identify rich data sources and monitors the melding and cleaning of datasets to ensure consistency
- Accountable for delivering high quality project solutions (with quality control, data validation and cleansing processes on new/existing data sources) and tools within agreed upon timelines and conducting post-implementation reviews
- Streamline and optimize current reports/dashboards to improve efficiencies and standardization across the business/region(s)
- Sees beyond requestors’ asks to understand the root query or challenge for which data and analytics are being sought
- Demonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data

- Ability to translate results of analyses into data-driven insights to ensure key messages resonate with the target audience
- Ability to collaborate with peers and cross functional teams, working across multiple time zones
- Creative and nimble with ability to overcome obstacles to solve hard problems
- Flexible and responsive, with ability to adapt to rapid change in direction or business priority
- Positive attitude and high level of curiosity to question, drive, and challenge. Having that hunger to keep learning.
- Hands-on experience of working on tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, SQL, Python etc.
- End-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities: diagnosis, data cleaning, integration and transformation, analysis, visualization, and presentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams, etc.).
