**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and strategies for visual content that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create and edit graphics and videos.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content that tells a cohesive story and captivates viewers.
- Ensure all visual assets are optimized for digital platforms, maintaining a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design, video editing, and digital media to continuously improve skills and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
- Participate in team meetings, presentations, and creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and provide input on visual strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and video editing projects.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take direction, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology, creativity, and innovation.
- Animation experience is a plus
- Native English level _**required**_

Pay range is $1,000 to $1,300 USD

Pay: $405,000 - $600,000 per month
