- The** Website Content Analyst** is responsible for implementing and updating the digital assets (websites, videos, tags) for Colgate & Hills subsidiaries worldwide, following the divisional and global digital strategies. You will work with main stakeholders from Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Marketing and with our Partner Agencies, supporting multiple brands.
- **What will you do?**
Adapt and update websites and other web assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agenciesEnsure global best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developmentsEnsure projects are delivered on time and the number of hours spent in each project is reportedResponsible for the Quality Assurance for websites implementation ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standardsEnsure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls.Communicate to local marketing teams and/or division Digital teams when new sites and campaigns updates are liveInteract with digital agencies all over the world to obtain guidelines and support for project implementationsSupport e-commerce initiatives that need implementationReport to BEX Website Content CoordinatorAccomplish timelines and keep a healthy project status updated**What are we looking for?**
Working technical knowledge of website design, development and maintenance, search engine optimization and experience working with CMS.A flexible approach to problem-solving that leads to effective and creative solutionsAbility to balance speed with quality in achieving goalsEffective work and collaboration with people in their own and other departments, functions and regions.Ability to communicate clearly, simply and effectively**What do you need to apply?**
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Interactive Media Design, Multimedia/Systems Engineering or related fieldsA minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing positionsKnowledge in digital marketing, including website development and maintenance, search engine optimization and experience working with CMSSolid experience with digital tools and software required to develop websites and other digital assets:
