**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accountable for achieving sales, productivity and performance targets.
- Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks.
- Have a deep understanding of specialty area and prioritized products (knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, HCPs, customers, and competitors)
- Develop and deploy account plans, sales and marketing campaigns, including the completion / updating of all reports
- Reach coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and best in class relationships.
- Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures. Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Provide input about effectiveness of promotional materials, investments and territory performance.
- The consultant must have a strong business acumen and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the account and the market

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Previous experience in Healthcare / Pharma / related business.
- Knowledge of customer, customer journey, patient and patient journey
- Previous experience of 5 years working in roles of medical detailing / promotion or commercial areas of the organization. Digital capabilities desirable.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, ability to prioritize and strategic thinking
- Specific knowledge in Dermatology/Respiratory / Established products are desirable.
- Established Network to target Customer Group desirable and Field Customer Engagement Experience.
