The Team and Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for internal and external distribution utilizing Power BI.
- Develop KPIs using DAX and build workflows with Power Query.
- Update and maintain existing reporting templates, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the data being presented.
- Analyze financial data, and explain variances to budget and prior year, by business segment and region.
- Coordinate with the broader Finance team to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with annual forecast and budget process.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Ad Hoc Reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of experience in either a BI, corporate finance or accounting role.
- Experience developing reports from ERPs and data warehouses
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to concisely communicate key performance trends.
- Top-tier Microsoft Excel and Power BI Knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player who is comfortable interacting with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior audit or financial statement preparation experience
- BI certifications
- Finance or data analytics post graduate courses
- BI Portfolio
