**Job Description**:
Apoyar al departamento de Recursos Humanos, administrar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de los empleados, apoyando todos los procesos de HR de bienestar y el onboarding de nuevos empleados
- Misión
- Formar un(una) futuro(a) profesional competente para el mercado, donde tenga conocimientos amplios de diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos.
- Requerimientos:

- Estudiante de últimos semestres de su pregrado en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, psicología, o áreas relativas. Queremos que seas muy creativo, indispensable conocimientos avanzados del idioma inglés, organización, proactividad, administración de documentos, iniciativa, comunicación asertiva, aprendizaje continuo, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.- Disponibilidad de hacer la práctica con nosotros por 1 año-
- Inglés avanzado.-
- Conocimiento en Excel Intermedio-
- Motivación en desarrollar conocimiento en el área de recursos humanos-
- Programas Básicos de diseño- #LI-EV1
