**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a hard-working data analyst to join our product team. Stitch together complex data sets to unlock insights for the business. Automate recurring tasks/reports to free up capacity. Your focus will be to own the reporting database and develop reports that can be shared and manipulated by various stakeholders within the organization. You will have the opportunity to analyze and generate insights on one of the largest residential real estate platforms in the world.

As part of the Lone Wolf Product Management team, you will frequently interact with other Product Owners, Product Managers, and Developers to understand needs and generate reports.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
. Gathering reporting requirements from a diverse audience (marketing, support, product, finance) and translate needs into insights

. Extract, transform and load data for analysis, interpretation and delivery to stakeholders

. Develop canned reports and tooling that can be utilized and shared throughout the organization

. Gather and publish reports using different attributes

. Serve as the expert of our reporting database

. An ability to present data in an informative manner and draw conclusions or recognize meaningful trends

. Develop insightful analytics and business intelligence within all of our business streams by collaborating with stakeholder groups

. Initiate, coordinate and ‘own’ your own projects from start to finish

. Work simultaneously on multiple projects at various levels of completion

. Master a variety of reporting tools and languages

. Build management dashboards and other activities as required

. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
. Minimum 5 years experience with SQL.

. Minimum 3 years of proven analyst experience in a similar role

. Experience with Business Intelligence tools (ie. Tableau, PowerBI)

. Familiarity with common ETL tooling

. Programming languages a plus (ie. Python)

. EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree or technical certificate

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Expertise in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques

. Expertise in data storage and movement, including relational and big data

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Strong time management and organizational skills

. Exceptional analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up skills required

. Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

. Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

. Strong focus on understanding customer needs

. Ability to successfully manage/execute multiple projects simultaneously

. Sense of pride and ownership in your performance

**BONUS POINTS**:
. Experience from a statistical, mathematical, computer science, real estate background or equivalent
