We are seeking a detail -oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that support data -driven decision -making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI and analytics tools.Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs.Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency.Create documentation for reporting processes, data models, and dashboard usage. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles.Intermediate/Advanced English for technical communicationExperience building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools).Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Knowledge of Excel/Sheets (advanced level preferred).Good communication skills for technical and non -technical audiences.
