**What the day will look like**

The Data & Analytics area is a support area for Aon's core business, since through it we can provide differentiated services and above all provide a set of tools and information that allow our clients to always be better informed so they can make the best decisions.
- Design, development and implementation of analytical tools, incorporating data science methodologies, applied statistics, big data and modeling to understand the needs of the environment and proactively advance in its execution and delivery to internal teams and clients.
- Design, development and implementation of analytical tools for the company's solution lines.
- Generate reports and information of value on a periodic basis for internal and external customers regarding risk analysis and trends of the company's solution lines.
- Conduct consultative analysis based on data and analytical tools.
- Ensure the development of statistical modeling and forecasting scenarios based on internal and external information.
- Optimize and automate information management processes (from the moment data is received until it is transformed and converted into reports).
- Articulation of data & analytics projects with global and regional teams to strengthen the value proposition for external clients, and execution of these.
- Active relationship with insurance companies

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 2 years in data & Analytics, financial areas, among others.
- Technical Skills: Analytics, Big Data, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Analytics
- Studies and/or specialties: Professional in engineering, administrative, economics, financial, actuarial sciences.
- Languages: Upper Intermediate English (B1/B2)
- Technological tools: Python, R, advanced Excel, Power BI, MySQL, ETL tools.
